Our final concert of the season will be a portrait concert of RENÉE BAKER, the Chicago-based composer/conductor/performer/filmmaker/painter who has stood at the forefront of the avant-garde for several decades. Baker is founding director of the internationally renowned Chicago Modern Orchestra Project and a seasoned conductor and conductionist. Baker will compose a new work for the evening, which will also feature her visual art, and will join us to conduct the concert of her works.
